Please complete the booking form below to begin reserving your session. As soon as you submit the form, your Session Agreement will be automatically sent to the email address you provide. Once your Session Agreement has been signed, your invoice will automatically be emailed to you.

Once your required retainer has been received, your booking is officially confirmed. You'll then receive a personal welcome text from me, followed by your Session Questionnaire, welcome Guide, and any additional information needed to prepare for your session.

Please note that submitting this form alone does not reserve your session. Your date is officially secured once your Session Agreement has been signed and the required retainer has been received.
