UNDERSTANDING THE PROCESS OF PURCHASING PRODUCTS AND DIGITAL FILES
Purchasing your products:
You have the choice to meet right after the session or 1-2 weeks following your session in the studio, to view your soft-proofed images and place your order for your products or digital images. Your order will be created using my create your package option. This allows you to customize a portrait package according to you and your families needs. I do this because pre-made packages can not always have what we need or what. I want to offer something a little more unique.
All Products you purchase sized 7x10 and larger will include a matching digital image.
Ex. 15 image album will include you album plus the matching 15 digital image files or a wood frame photo block collage will have the same printed images in the matching digital file form.
You do have option to purchase digital file only options if you choose to go that route
After your order has been paid in full, your digital files will be edited and delivered to you through an online gallery within 7-14 days, where you’ll be able to download and share your images with friends and family.
Once you have approved your images, if you placed an order for products they will be ordered at this time. Once they have arrived, we will arrange for a pick up of your items.
