SESSION FEES

WHEN YOU ARRIVE

I Like what I see, Whats next??

 I will have you feed baby and change the baby's diaper , I will wrap them up as soon as your done.
If you've chosen to include parent images, we'll start with those first, so while I am wrapping baby, you can change. 
I will provide shirts for dads and brothers, all you have to bring is jeans- I have some dresses and blouses for mom as well. 
After the parent images, we will transition into capturing portraits of the baby, with the setup I have put together.
Typically we will do 1 bucket pose, 1-2 prop poses and a beanbag and sometimes a rug pose. 
Being able to get through all the poses, depends on baby, so it is very important we feed baby as soon as you arrive in the studio.

The session fee is the only payment required at the time of booking. It covers the props and creation of set plus the time and talent of the Photographer.
We will view you images together either immediatly after your session or about 1-2 week a following at the studio- which you will select your favorite images and make your selections of digitals, prints or other products to purchase

INCLUDED IN EVERY NEWBORN PORTRAIT SESSION:
Newborns are best photographed within 2-4 weeks of life, Upon special circumstances can be photographed up to 6 weeks 
Siblings and parents included in every session
Custom styling in studio for every session, including choice of colors, style (florals, plaids, solids, etc.)
Sessions will take place in my studio in Copperfield (529/HWY6)
In person viewing and ordering appointment to follow your session at the studio to view and purchase your selected images

If you would like to move forward, please reply to this email. We will send you a link which will include you session fee plus the option to add on items we may have discussed during our initial phone call, once you accept it, you will be prompted to sign an electronic contract and pay your session fee.
Your session fee acts as a non-refundable retainer which will hold your session date, it includes the time and talent of the photographer. This allows me to create your set . Your date is not booked until your session fee has been paid & the contract is signed. 
1-2 weeks following the session, we will meet again in the studio to order and purchase your digital files or printed products. You may pay cash or card for your ordering appointment, Payment plans are also available upon request.
